Whether you’re suffering from depression and want to learn how to learn to live with it or are someone who is interested in improving your mental health, this website has the tools to help you get emotionally stronger and healthier.

This isn’t a blog about depression, but a blog that was born because of it. For the longest time, I’ve wanted to start something like this: a safe space where you can take some time out of your day to take care of yourself, your mental health, and wellbeing. A blog where you can lean into your emotions, feel inspired by other people’s stories, share your own, and hopefully log off from it feeling more peaceful, grounded, and empowered. A blog where you can take a moment to do something positive for yourself. A blog that will help you to get inspired on how to do things for yourself that are positive, meaningful, and mindful.

The posts are separated by emotion. More often than not, we like to run from our emotions, particularly the ones we think are ‘bad.’ One thing I’ve learnt during my journey is that we actually need to learn to lean into those emotions. So, if you’re feeling sad, don’t run from it (although admittedly it’s very tempting) – it can teach you something.

When you click on the prevailing emotion of your day, you’ll find posts that will hopefully help you lean into that emotion, how to harness it, how to grow from it, and how to best make use of it. And, of course, you can use this site in any way that helps you the most. If you’d rather read posts from the happy or inspired section instead, go for it! The posts are also listed per category, so hopefully you will be able to find exactly what you need.
